本申请公开一种无碳刷导电型高转速等离子旋转雾化制粉装置,用于将金属棒料制成粉,其特征在于包括雾化室、非转移弧等离子枪、进给装置、高转速等离子旋转雾化主轴组件、抽真空装置、惰性气体供应装置和供电系统;雾化室的上端侧壁开设有真空接管,真空接管通过高真空蝶阀分别与抽真空装置和惰性气体供应装置相连接;雾化室的下端设有集粉室;雾化室外设有进给装置;高转速等离子旋转雾化主轴组件安装在进给装置上;非转移弧等离子枪上设有冷却装置;非转移弧等离子枪、进给装置、高转速等离子旋转雾化主轴组件、真空装置和氩气供应装置分别与供电系统电连接。本申请的装置能实现高转速稳定制粉,满足金属3D打印的使用要求。
The vacuum receiver is connected to the vacuum extraction device and the inert gas supply device respectively through a high vacuum butterfly valve; a powder collection chamber is provided at the lower end of the atomization chamber; a feeding device is provided outside the atomization chamber; a high speed plasma rotary atomization spindle assembly is mounted on the feeding device; a cooling device is provided on the non-transferable arc plasma gun; the non-transferable arc plasma gun, the feeding device, the high speed plasma rotary atomization spindle assembly, the vacuum device and the argon gas supply device are electrically connected to the power supply system respectively. The device of this application can achieve stable powder production at high speed and meet the requirements of metal 3D printing.
