本发明公开了一种结构优化的手性超分子水凝胶基元的设计思路与制备方法,所述手性超分子水凝胶以苝酰亚胺、联苯、萘环等含大π键共轭结构疏水基团为中心核,在所述中心核两侧对称对称连接手性氨基酸基元。本发明通过优化中心核疏水基元,使其在分子自组装时,由于分子中心更大的π键共轭结构、使得分子间π?π相互作用大大增强,协同手性氨基酸酰胺键间氢键作用,可获得手性组装结构更稳定的超分子水凝胶材料。
The invention discloes a design idea and preparation method of a structurally optimized chiral supramolecular hydrogel motif. The chiral supramolecular hydrogel has a central core of a hydrophobic group of a large π-bond conjugated structure such as perylene imide, biphenyl, naphthalene ring, and the chiral amino acid motif is symmetrically connected on both sides of the central core. By optimizing the central core hydrophobic motif, the present invention enables the π-bond conjugation structure of the molecular center to be larger during molecular self-assembly. The π interaction is greatly enhanced, and the synergistic interaction of the chiral amino acid amide bond between hydrogen bonds can obtain supramolecular hydrogel materials with more stable chiral assembly structure.
