本发明涉及铜箔压延技术领域,特别涉及一种6 μm高强度压延铜箔的轧制方法,涉及压延铜箔加工领域,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)轧制母材制备:先将铜熔炼铸造成锭,再经热轧开坯、粗轧、预精轧以及退火,得到厚度0.08 mm的合金轧制母材,晶粒度≤20 μm;2)铜箔轧制:轧制油粘度为5.1-6.2 mm/s2,轧制总共分6个轧制道次进行,最终轧制得到厚度6 μm、抗拉强度≥500 N/mm2的高强度压延铜箔。通过以上方法可实现一种6 μm压延铜箔的轧制,使其厚度公差≤0.3 μm,抗拉强度为500-600MPa,延伸率≥1.0%,表面粗糙度Ra为0.05-0.12 μm。
