本发明公开了一种医用可降解Zn‑Cu‑Li三元合金及其制备与用途;所述三元合金中Cu元素的质量百分比为1.0~4.0%,Li元素的质量百分比为0.2~1.0%,其余为Zn。本发明涉及的熔炼、挤压或轧制变形及热处理等工艺,可调控该锌合金的微观组织,实现均质化、细晶化和洁净化制备。本发明的锌合金具有优异的力学性能,抗拉强度480~623MPa,拉伸屈服强度447~591MPa,延伸率28~46%,且在室温存储过程中力学性能稳定。体外腐蚀速率为46~78μm/year,呈现均匀腐蚀降解模式。本发明的锌合金无明显的细胞毒性,生物相容性较好,且具有显著的抗菌作用,适合于多种内植入医疗器械的制备,如血管支架、吻合钉、血管夹、骨内植物等。
