本发明公开了一种胶原基纤维素纳米晶体复合膜的制备方法,包括,分别制备得到胶原溶液和纤维素纳米晶体的水分散液,然后将两者的混合溶液在室温下除去气泡,浇注在培养皿中,风干后得到胶原基纤维素纳米晶体复合膜。本发明制备了具有较好的力学性能和良好的生物相容性的胶原/纤维素纳米晶体复合膜,结合了胶原与纤维素纳米晶体各自的一些优势,制备工艺简单、安全,成本较低,可用于角膜修复的替代材料,使胶原能适应更广泛的生物医学应用。
