一种转炉氧枪管道压力损失的测试装置和测试方法,属于转炉炼钢技术领域。包括当量喉口喷头、导压管、固定装置、引压管及气体压力表。导压管呈“L”型,垂直部分位于当量喉口喷头9的中心位置,水平部分端头镶嵌于当量喉口喷头圆筒状部分侧壁并延伸至外壁,与固定装置相连接;固定装置固定于当量喉口喷头外侧,并与导压管及引压管相连接,引压管一端与固定装置相连接,并与导压管内腔相通,另一端连接气体压力表。优点在于,克服了转炉生产中氧枪管道压力损失无法确定的难题,以冷态下用测试的方法测试不同氧流量条件下氧枪喷头处的滞止压力,为正确设计氧枪喷头参数及准确制定转炉氧枪操作工艺提供参考。
A test device and method for pressure loss of oxygen lance pipe in converter belongs to the field of converter steelmaking technology. It includes equivalent throat nozzle, pressure guide pipe, fixing device, pressure lead-in pipe and gas pressure gauge.The pressure guide pipe is “L” type, and the vertical part is located at the center of the equivalent throat nozzle 9, the horizontal part end is embedded in the side wall of the cylindrical part of the equivalent throat nozzle and extends to the outer wall, which is connected with the fixing device.The fixing device is fixed on the outside of the equivalent throat nozzle and is connected with the pressure guide pipe and pressure lead-in pipe. One end of the pressure lead-in pipe is connected with the fixing device and is connected with the inner cavity of the pressure guide pipe, the other end is connected with the gas pressure gauge.The advantage is that it overcomes the problem that the pressure loss of oxygen lance pipe cannot be determined in converter production, and tests the stagnation pressure at the oxygen lance nozzle under different oxygen flow conditions with the test method in the cold state, which provides reference for the correct design of oxygen lance nozzle parameters and the accurate formulation of converter oxygen lance operation process.
