本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,提出一种低碳镁碳棒头的制备方法。提出的一种低碳镁碳棒头的制备方法采用金属铝、氧化镁和氧化钛的复合粉体作为先驱体;将所述复合粉体引入低碳镁碳棒头材料混料过程中,将占制备低碳镁碳棒头材料原料重量2~6%的复合粉体以细粉形式引入坯料中,坯料经等静压成型后获得低碳镁碳棒头生 坯 ,将 生 坯 置 于 热 处 理 气 氛 N2含 量 大 于99.99vol%中,在1150℃~1450℃温度下进行热处理,保温2~5小时;最终形成一种含氮化钛原位复合低碳镁碳棒头材料。本发明提升了低碳镁碳耐火材料的抗热震、抗氧化性、抗冲刷性。
