一种转炉高强度复吹双渣工艺脱磷期全生料造渣方法,属于转炉冶炼技术领域。转炉采用留渣冶炼,脱磷期氧枪供氧强度3 .0~4 .5m3/min·t,底吹气体强度0.15~0.30m3/min·t,氧枪点火成功后加入石灰石13~17kg/t钢,生白云石12~15kg/t钢,石灰石和生白云石各分2~5次在2~3min内加完。吹氧200~500s提枪,可根据实际吹炼状况加入0~25kg/t钢的铁矿石或返矿或烧结矿调节倒炉温度,倒炉温度控制在1320~1390℃,倒炉脱磷率可达到50%~70%之间。优点在于,加料方法简单易操作且脱磷率稳定,全生料造渣成本低廉,降温效果好,同时采用矿料调温减少了矿石前期工序处理,具有良好的经济效益。
