1. 研究背景
经过多年发展,国产三维CAD软件取得了长足进步,但与国际先进水平相比,还存在较大差距,尤其是高端CAD产品,基本上被国外产品如CATIA、UG NX、Creo所垄断。中小企业 “用不起”、大型企业“离不开”的尴尬局面急需破解。
当前,全球技术和产品供应链存在巨大不确定性,制造企业CAD应用存在“卡脖子”风险。需加快国产三维CAD软件的研发和应用,为我国制造业可持续发展提供保障。
2. 研究目标
突破复杂产品设计、高品质曲面造型、大体量产品建模等核心关键技术,增强自主三维CAD软件对航天、汽车、机械、模具、电子等行业的支撑能力,实现制造业CAD软件应用的自主可控,摆脱对国外软件厂商的依赖。
3. 研究内容
围绕典型行业典型产品的设计场景和需求,研究大体量模型设计和管理、高品质曲面建模和度量、高性能增量备份和回滚、主骨架模型设计与优化、多核多线程计算、渲染、存取等关键技术,形成配套算法工具包和模型库;制定CAD相关标准;研发支撑大体量、大装配设计等具体场景的三维CAD 系统软件,并在典型行业应用验证,实现量大面广销售。
4. 技术路线
以项目牵头单位数码大方自主研发的三维CAD软件为基础,深入分析运载火箭院、北汽福田、联想、科达等企业典型产品的设计特点和需求,突破CAD核心关键技术,开发算法工具包和模型库,升级三维CAD软件,研制三维CAD应用标准,实现行业应用验证和推广。

2. Research Objectives
Breaking through core key technologies such as complex product design, high-quality surface modeling, and large-scale product modeling, enhancing the support ability of independent 3D CAD software for industries such as aerospace, automotive, mechanical, mold, and electronics, achieving independent and controllable application of CAD software in the manufacturing industry, and breaking away from dependence on domestic and foreign software manufacturers.
3. Research content
Research key technologies such as large-scale model design and management, high-quality surface modeling and measurement, high-performance incremental backup and rollback, main skeleton model design and optimization, multi-core and multithreaded computing, rendering, access, etc., focusing on the design scenarios and requirements of typical products in typical industries, to form supporting algorithm toolkits and model libraries; Develop CAD related standards; Develop 3D CAD system software that supports specific scenarios such as large-scale and large-scale assembly design, and verify its application in typical industries to achieve large-scale and widespread sales.
4. Technology roadmap
Based on the 3D CAD software independently developed by CAXA, the project leader, the design characteristics and requirements of typical products of Launch Vehicle Institute, Foton Motor, Lenovo, Keda and other enterprises were analyzed in depth, breaking through the core key CAD technologies, developing algorithm kits and model libraries, upgrading 3D CAD software, developing 3D CAD application standards, and realizing industrial application verification and promotion.
