大规格高性能难熔金属制品制备技术-大规格高性能钼及钼合金关键制备技术开发与示范应用,围绕高端医疗装备及核电领域发展对大规格高性能钼及钼合金制品的迫切需求,针对国内现有产品存在的多种性能协同调控困难,大规格制品残余内应力消除困难、组织性能均匀性差、强韧性不足等问题,通过多元多相钼合金组态优化设计,特种粉末均匀化制备技术,大规格钼及钼合金坯锭成形与烧结过程中内应力、夹杂物和缺陷的精确控制技术,大规格钼及钼合金等通道扭转锻造/轧制技术等研究,开发出高端装备用大规格高性能钼及钼合金制品成形与烧结过程中成分、基体组织与第二相均匀性及尺寸控制技术,以及成套工业化制造技术等关键技术,建成1 条生产能力600吨/年的大规格钼合金棒材生产示范线和1条生产能力400吨/年的大规格钼合金板材生产示范线。
