本项目由首钢集团有限公司牵头,北京首钢国际工程技术有限公司、首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司、北京首钢机电有限公司、华东理工大学、北京科技大学等12家单位参与研发。项目主要针对钢铁流程低品位余热高效利用技术开发与研究、大型低温多效海水淡化机组优化设计及示范、海水淡化浓盐水资源化利用技术、海水淡化关键设备加工制造技术、及海水淡化关键设备用新材料开发及应用五个方面进行研究。通过本项目的研究,产生的科学数据主要包括发表论文、授权专利及试验报告等。
The project is led by Shougang Group Co., Ltd., and 12 companies including Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Beijing Shougang electromechanical Co., Ltd., East China University of science and technology and Beijing University of science and technology participate in the research and development. The project mainly focuses on the development and research of low-grade waste heat efficient utilization technology of iron and steel process, optimization design and demonstration of large-scale low-temperature multi effect seawater desalination unit, resource utilization technology of seawater desalination concentrated brine, processing and manufacturing technology of seawater desalination key equipment, and development and application of new materials for seawater desalination key equipment. Through the research of this project, the scientific data mainly includes published papers, authorized patents and test reports.
