The methoxy-functionalized hydrophobic SQ molecule was prepared by quaternization reaction and ' thiolene click ' reaction. The hydrophilic polyhydroxysilane was prepared by epoxy ring-opening reaction. The Janus type modified cotton fabric was prepared by dip coating and spraying. At the same time, the modified cotton fabric with superhydrophobicity on both sides was prepared by using SQ molecule as a modifier as a comparison for oil-water separation exploration.
