The design, preparation and application of perfluorohexyl-based SQ superamphiphobic coating were studied. Using octamercaptopropylsilsesquioxane, perfluorohexylethylene and trimethoxyvinylsilane as raw materials, methoxysilane-substituted fluorinated silsesquioxane was successfully synthesized by ' thiolene click ' reaction.
