通过以下步骤制备了己基三甲氧基硅烷官能化的Ti3C2(H-Ti3C2)和(N-甲氧基酰基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(MAPS)官能化的Ti3C2(M-Ti3C2)。先将10ml Ti3C2(20mg/ml)、0.1g己基三甲氧基硅烷/MAPS和30ml乙醇加入反应容器中将混合溶液超声处理10分钟后,再65°C搅拌4小时。从悬浮液中离心得到H-Ti3C2和M-Ti3C2,并用3份乙醇和1份去离子水组成的洗涤液洗涤。得到的H-Ti3C2和M-Ti3C2可直接用于后续的PDMS乳液制备。 以1g Karstedt催化剂、1g AEO-9和1g O-10、47g去离子水为原料,超声处理15min制备了Karstedt乳液(K)。乙烯基硅油乳液(V)和含氢硅油乳液(H)按以下组成制备:硅油/PMX-200/H-Ti3C2/去离子水=40:13.3:2~8:44.7wt/wt。将上述组分使用超声波细胞粉碎均质机在350W功率下以4s开和4s关的周期进行超声处理,持续15min。将Karstedt乳液、乙烯基硅油乳液、含氢硅油乳液混合,制备得到水性PDMS/MXene防污涂料。在所有涂料配方中,V/H的质量比固定为10。将制备的涂料涂覆于钢板或玻璃表面,室温干燥24h,使其完全固化。
Hexyltrimethoxysilane functionalized Ti3C2 (H-Ti3C2) and (N-methoxyylethyl)-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (MAPS) functionalized Ti3C2 (M-Ti3C2) were prepared by the following steps. First, 10ml of Ti3C2 (20mg/ml), 0.1g of hexyltrimethoxysilane/MAPS and 30ml of ethanol were added to the reaction vessel, the mixed solution was sonicated for 10 minutes, and then stirred at 65°C for 4 hours. H-Ti3C2 and M-Ti3C2 were obtained by centrifugation from the suspension and washed with a wash consisting of 3 parts ethanol and 1 part deionized water. The obtained H-Ti3C2 and M-Ti3C2 can be directly used in the subsequent preparation of PDMS emulsions. Karstedt emulsion (K) was prepared by sonication treatment for 15 min with 1g Karstedt catalyst, 1g AEO-9 and 1g O-10 and 47g of deionized water. Vinyl silicone oil emulsion (V) and hydrogenated silicone oil emulsion (H) are prepared according to the following composition: silicone oil / PMX-200 / H-Ti3C2 / deionized water = 40:13.3:2~8:44.7wt/wt. The above components were sonicated with an ultrasonic cell crushing homogenizer at a power of 350W at a cycle of 4 s on and 4 s off for 15 min. The waterborne PDMS/MXene antifouling coating was prepared by mixing Karstedt emulsion, vinyl silicone oil emulsion and hydrogen silicone oil emulsion. In all coating formulations, the V/H mass ratio is fixed at 10. The prepared coating is applied to the surface of steel plate or glass and dried at room temperature for 24 hours to allow it to fully cure.
