通过数值模拟得到不同蹬冰力下冰刀刀片变形过程中其应力分布的规律。采用速滑冰刀形变数值模拟方法,开展蹬冰角40°的情况下,蹬冰力(载荷)分别为480N、640N、800N、960N、1120N、1280N、1440N时,速滑冰刀应力应变的数值模拟。以S(Mises等效应力)为输出参数,研究不同蹬冰力下,速滑冰刀刀片的应力分布情况。
Numerical simulations were carried out to obtain the pattern of stress distribution during the deformation of the ice blade under different stirrup forces. Numerical simulations of the ice blade deformation were carried out at stirrup angles of 40° with stirrup forces (loads) of 480N, 640N, 800N, 960N, 1120N, 1280N and 1440N, respectively. The stress distribution of the blade of the speed skating ice skates was studied under different stirrup forces with S (Mises equivalent force) as the output parameter.
