将均采用PREP和EIGA两种制粉方法制备的K390和S590粉末制成合金锭后,经过1150 ℃热处理后取样进行抗弯强度测试,两种材料均是在PREP方法制得的材料抗弯强度更高,其中K390可达3656 MPa,S590可达3588 MPa。
After the alloy ingots are made of K390 and S590 powders prepared by both PREP and EIGA methods, samples are taken for bending strength test after heat treatment at 1150 ℃. The bending strength of the materials prepared by both PREP methods is higher, of which K390 can reach 3656 MPa and S590 can reach 3588 MPa.
