摘要:阐述了摩擦学与振动的紧密联系,提出了“振动摩擦”的概念和研究内容。结合振动沉桩过程,研究了振动摩擦系统慢变的动力学特性。根据对振动沉拔桩机工作状态的分析,建立了非线性条件下桩机-桩-土系统的力学模型和动力学微分方程,利用渐进法对非线性方程进行了求解,并对桩机的质量慢变非线性系统进行了分析和动力学方程的求解,为进一步研究振动摩擦机理提供了依据。

Abstract:Intimate connection of tribology and vibration was expatiated and put forward the new concept and content of “vibration friction”. Combining with vibration pile driving, nonlinear dynamics characteristics were studied for vibration friction system with slow varying. According to the analysis of vibration pile driving work condition, the dynamic model and differential equation were given in this paper. The analytical solution was got by evolutionary method. And nonlinear dynamics analysis was made for mass slow-varying nonlinear system of vibration pile driving, which gave a strong basis for further study on vibration friction mechanism.
