摘要:316L不锈钢在油田采出水需要阴极保护。本文研究其阴极极化行为,以获得阴极保护参数。采用极化曲线、循环伏安法、恒电位阴极极化以及交流阻抗法研究其阴极极化行为,采用扫描电子显微镜观察其形貌,采用慢拉伸实验法研究阴极极化条件下的应力应变特征。结果表明,自腐蚀条件下316L不锈钢在油田采出水中有明显孔蚀,-400mV 孔蚀基本受到抑制,-500mV,-600mV 和-700mV 极化下孔蚀完全被抑制,并有微量沉积层覆盖;自腐蚀条件下拉伸时,316L不锈钢的断裂具有明显的韧性断裂特征;-600mV极化下,316L不锈钢出现氢脆断裂趋势;-700mV和-800mV极化下,316L不锈钢的断裂具有明显的脆性断裂特征。

Cathodic Polarization Behavior of 316L SS in Simulated Oilfield Produced Water

Abstract: In order to study the cathodic protection law of 316L SS in simulated oilfield produced water, polarization curve, cyclic voltammetry,constant potential cathodic polarization,EIS and SSRT were used. SEM, EDS, XRD were combined to analyze the morphology, composition and constitution of the products. The result indicated that in simulated oilfield produced water, 316L SS had obvious pitting corrosion at OCP, - 400 mV pitting corrosion is restrained, basic - 500 mV, - 600 mV - 700 mV polarization and pitting corrosion was suppressed, and traces of sedimentary cover. At OCP, 316 l stainless steel has the obvious characteristic of ductile fracture, at - 600 mV, it had hydrogen embrittlement fracture trend; at - 700 mV and - 800 mV, the fracture was brittle fracture.
