单模激光器为加工头供能形成的环形聚焦光斑形态如图 a)所示，光斑呈现形态规则的圆环，图 b)为焦点分析仪测试生成的能量分布三维图，可看出离焦量为（F±2.5mm）范围内的环形光斑直径小于1mm。
The ring-shaped focused spot formed by the single-mode laser supplying energy to the processing head is shown in Fig. a), and the spot shows a regular circular shape. Fig. b) is a three-dimensional map of the energy distribution generated by the focus analyzer test, which shows that the diameter of the ring-shaped spot within the out-of-focus amount (F±2.5mm) is less than 1mm.
