In order to realize the limited-domain electrochemical 3D micro-additive manufacturing, the first step is to design and build an electrodeposition micro-additive manufacturing system with independent intellectual property rights (see figure). The system consists of a motion control unit, a current/potential measurement and feedback subsystem, a pressure control subsystem, and a visualization subsystem. Through the motion control unit, the three-dimensional motion trajectory of microelectrodes can be controlled; through the design and fabrication of special structure microelectrodes, and supplemented by the motion control unit, the stability of the bending level in the limited domain can be controlled; through the current/potential measurement and feedback subsystem, the continuous stable and high-quality growth of microstructures can be achieved; through the visualization subsystem, the stable change of the bending level and the formation of microstructures can be observed.
