HA-DFO was used to prepare DFO-NPs by microemulsification method. Dissolve DFO-NPs in water and add them dropwise to the copper net. After they are fully dried, use TEM to observe. DFO-NPs with different dosage ratios were dissolved in pure water, and the particle size, Zeta potential and PDI of the nanoparticles in the solution were measured with a Malvern high-sensitivity nanoparticle size analyzer (DLS).
