本研究属于国家重点研发计划课题四“高安全性燃料元件设计及验证”子专题 4.3“燃 料元件事故工况安全分析技术”中耐事故燃料元件事故分析程序验证工作，主要介绍了耐事故燃料典型事故分析程序（ARSAC-ATF 和 FUTTA-ATF）的验证计划，包括验证依据、验证方法和验证进度等。

This research belongs to the verification of accident resistant fuel element accident analysis program in the sub topic 4.3 "Fuel element accident condition safety analysis technology" of the national key research and development program topic IV "High safety fuel element design and verification". It mainly introduces the verification plan of typical accident analysis program for accident resistant fuel (ARSAC-ATF and FUTTA-ATF), including verification basis, verification method and verification progress.
