在1700℃下分别对UN/U3Si2(30wt%)复合芯块烧结不同时间(1h、2h、3h、4h),然后利用金相显微镜观察UN/U3Si2(30wt%)复合芯块宏观形貌。结果表明,随着烧结时间的逐渐增加,芯块内部晶粒尺寸逐渐增加。
The UN/U3Si2(30wt%) composite pellets were sintered at 1700°C for different time (1h, 2h, 3h, 4h), and then the macroscopic morphology of the UN/U3Si2(30wt%) composite pellets was observed by metallographic microscopy. The results show that the grain size of the pellets gradually increases with the increase of the sintering time.
