采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)表征UN/U3Si2(30wt%)复合芯块的微观形貌,结果表明,UN/U3Si2(30wt%)复合芯块中的U3Si2相具有网络状结构特征,UN相则具有孤岛状结构特征,并且,U3Si2相分布在UN基体中。结合元素分布图可知,UN/U3Si2(30wt%)复合芯块内部还含有少量的UO2杂质相,这些杂质相同样弥散分布在UN基体中。
The microscopic morphology of the UN/U3Si2(30wt%) composite pellets was characterized by electron scanning microscopy (SEM). The results show that the U3Si2 phase in the pellet possesses a network-like structural feature, while the UN phase shows an island-like structural feature. Furthermore, the U3Si2 phase is distributed in the UN matrix. Combined with the elemental distribution mapping, it can be seen that the UN/U3Si2(30wt%) composite pellet also contains a small amount of UO2 impurity phases, which phases are also diffusely distributed in the UN matrix.
