(1)兔子随机分成2组(16 d、24 d)做空白手术,按时处死后进行视网膜铺片βⅢ tubulin染色,来探究视神经损伤后视网膜上RGCs的存活率。
(2)兔子随机分成三组,CNTF梯度微管组(G)、未包载CNTF微管组(No-G)和假手术组(Blank)。兔子分别于3 w、10 w时处死,处死前48 h在手术眼中玻腔注射30 μL的浓度为1 mg/mL的CTB。处死后进行视网膜铺片,比较不同处理组的RGCs的存活率。
(1) The rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups (16 d, 24 d) for blank surgery, and then were put to death on time and stained with βⅢ tubulin on the retina to explore the survival rate of RGCs on the retina after optic nerve injury.
(2) The rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, the CNTF gradient microtubule group (G), the non-encapsulated CNTF microtubule group (No-G) and the sham operation group (Blank). The rabbits were sacrificed at 3 and 10 weeks respectively, and 30 μL of CTB at a concentration of 1 mg/mL was injected into the intravitreal cavity of the surgical eye 48 h before sacrifice. After sacrifice, the retina was plated to compare the survival rate of RGCs in different treatment groups.
