The displacement threshold energy is the minimum energy transferred to a lattice atom to form a permanent defect. Based on the established geometric model and FeCrAl potential function, LAMMPS software was used to obtain the minimum energy for an atom to displace by scanning the parameters of recoil energy, and the error distribution was obtained by statistical analysis.
