The final model calculation results using Sieverts' law and Soret effect show that the tritium release flux after increasing the A12O3 coating is reduced by 6 digits compared with the uncoated FeCrAl fuel rod, which indicates that the A12O3 coating with a thickness of 3 μm prevents tritium from penetrating into the coolant significantly. Although the Soret effect shows a slight effect on the distribution of tritium in FeCrAl, the effect on the release flux of tritium is almost negligible.
