This data set is mainly used for the frictional wear performance testing of harmonic reducers during their whole life cycle, laying the foundation for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of harmonic reducers. The data set is derived from test trials on a self-made harmonic gearbox performance test rig. All data is collected by a self-made abrasive particle monitoring system and consists mainly of IPCA values and off-line abrasive particle pictures of two harmonic reducers.
