称取FK506 0.4 mg和PEG-PBG 1.6 mg分别溶于400 μl和1.6 mL DMF中,超声辅助下溶解后,混合,超声使其混合充分,用大量水透析(MWCO=3500 Da)4 h。透析结束后,利用DLS测定粒径和多聚分散指数(PDI)。将FK506胶束溶液置于紫外灯下进行2-3 h消毒,消毒完毕后再对胶束溶液粒径进行测定,观察紫外光是否会影响胶束的形成。

Ultrasonic-assisted mixture was fully mixed, and a large amount of water was used for dialysis (MWCO= 3500Da) for 4 h.After dialysis, particle size and polydispersion index (PDI) were determined by DLS.The FK506 micelle solution was placed under UV lamp for 2-3 hours of disinfection. After disinfection, the particle size of the micelle solution was measured to observe whether the formation of micelles would be affected by UV light.
