本报告梳理了钢铁制造流程绿色化与智能化协同的基本概念。基于钢铁制造流程的物理系统的本构特征与耗散结构,从绿色化、智能化本质出发,提出了钢铁制造流程绿色化与智能化协同关系的基本要求。以协同论和耗散结构理论为指导,建立了以物质流、能量流耦合协同为特征的协同机制。研究了产品质量品牌化、企业订单管理优化、“界面”技术优化和以碳素流精益管控为核心的能源中心建设为绿色化和智能化协同优化。
This report sorts out the basic concepts of green and intelligent synergy in the steel manufacturing process. Based on the constitutive characteristics and dissipative structure of the physical system of the steel manufacturing process, starting from the nature of green and intelligent, the basic requirements for the synergistic relationship between the green and intelligent steel manufacturing process are put forward. Guided by synergy theory and dissipative structure theory, a synergy mechanism characterized by the coupling and synergy of material flow and energy flow is established. Product quality branding, enterprise order management optimization, "interface" technology optimization, and the construction of an energy center with carbon flow lean management and control as the core for green and intelligent collaborative optimization were researched.
