本报告详细介绍了高温铁素流质量智能管控仿真系统的架构设计、功能设计、系统界面设计以及数据库设计等方面方面内容。高温铁素流智能管控仿真系统实现钢铁生产流程的各个层次软件组件化,构建不同层次、不同功能的组件库,包括工序区段组件库、工序单元组件库、单元界面组件库以及功能组元库、功能单元库和连接器组件库。为提高仿真平台的智能化,研制友好的图形组态界面和简单的人机交互方式,并通过构建结果展示工具库和综合评价工具库的方式,方便快捷地实现复杂钢铁流程的高温铁素流智能管控仿真与评价。
This manual introduces in detail the architecture design, function design, system interface design and database design of high temperature ferrite flow quality intelligent control simulation system.The high-temperature ferrite flow intelligent control simulation system realizes the software componentization of each level of the steel production process, and builds component libraries of different levels and different functions, including the process segment component library, the process unit component library, the unit interface component library, and the functional component library, functional unit library and connector component library. In order to improve the intelligence of the simulation platform, a friendly graphical configuration interface and simple human-computer interaction mode were developed, and the simulation and evaluation of high temperature ferrite flow intelligent control of complex steel processes were realized conveniently and fastly by building a result display tool library and a comprehensive evaluation tool library.
