本文从三方面对于钢铁流程综合能效提升规律进行了讨论。首先,着眼于高炉炉料结构,列举了球团矿的优势,从球团比对于钢铁流程能效提升的角度进行了阐释。然后,针对钢铁流程中余热余能资源进行了分类与列举,对于不同工序的回收情况进行了阐述,得出余热余能回收对于能效的影响。最后,从钢铁工业流程角度出发,考虑界面处物质流、能量流、信息流的传递,阐述界面技术对于钢铁流程能效提升的规律。
This paper discusses the improvement of the comprehensive energy efficiency of steel process from three aspects. Firstly, list the advantages of pellet focusing on the burden structure of blast furnace, the contribution of pellet ratio to the improvement of the comprehensive energy efficiency is given. Then, the waste heat and residual energy resources in the steel process are classified and listed with the recovery technology of different processes obtaining the impact of waste heat and residual energy recovery on energy efficiency. Finally, as to the perspective of steel industry process, considering the transmission of material flow, energy flow and information flow at the interface between different processes, expounds the interface technology for improving the energy efficiency of steel process.
