夹杂物的合理控制是炼钢生产过程的重中之重,钢的洁净度是评价炼钢生产流程运行质量的重要指标。本文以IF钢为例,首先研究了IF钢的洁净度控制现状,并对现有冶金关键技术钢包渣“强改质”工艺、RH精炼纯循环时间和AL/Ti合金加入时间等工艺参数进行了优化,有效的提高了钢的洁净度,其次,本研究报告还通过综合使用T.O含量、夹杂物数量密度、夹杂物面积比以及簇群状夹杂物数量密度来评定钢的洁净度。
The reasonable control of inclusions is the most important part if the steelmaking process. The cleanliness of steel is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of steelmaking production process. Taking IF steel as an example, this paper firstly studies the current status of cleanliness control IF steel, and the existing metallurgical process parameters such as “strong modification” of the ladle slag, RH refining pure cycle time and AL/Ti alloy addition time are optimized to effectively improved the cleanliness of the steel. Secondly the cleanliness of steel is assessed by using a combination of T.O content, inclusion density, inclusion area ratio, and cluster-like inclusion density.
