本文运用冶金流程工程学相关理论,主要针对炼钢-连铸生产过程,以企业生产合同为输入集,以最终得到车间最小生产单元在各工序的运行甘特图为主要目标,对炼钢-连铸生产过程的合同计划、批量计划以及生产作业计划进行研究,主要工作如下:
(1)通过查阅大量专业书籍、期刊、论文集、研究报告等相关文献,对所研究领域的相关现状进行了综述,主要包括,炼钢-连铸生产流程及其运行调控技术、钢铁企业生产计划编制流程、炼钢-连铸生产计划研究方法和建模思路,重点介绍了遗传算法。
(2)针对炼钢-连铸过程的合同分解优化过程,考虑工序产能及合同交货期因素,建立以最小化合同的拖期、提前惩罚为主要优化目标的合同计划优化模型,为批量计划编制的预选合同池进行了集约优化。
(3)将炼钢-连铸过程生产批量计划的组炉计划和组浇计划看做组合最优化问题,重点分析炼钢和连铸工艺约束,提出了炼钢-连铸一体化批量计划的编制方案,建立了组炉、组浇计划的优化模型,并用遗传算法求解,将优化方案应用于钢铁企业生产计划编制过程,具有一定的指导意义。
(4)从流程稳定运行层面,建立以炉机匹配度、炉次等待时间、铸机连浇为评价指标的炼钢-连铸作业计划模型,采用逆流程并行倒推结合GA的算法进行求解,利用c#编程语言自行设计的Gantt图表征优化的列车时刻表,实现了炼钢-连铸流程系统的时间运行调控。

(1) Through consulting a large number of professional books, periodicals, papers, research reports, such as literature, about the present situation of the related research field is reviewed, mainly including, summary of steelmaking continuous casting production process, planning and scheduling problem of steelmaking continuous casting modeling method and solving algorithms, introduces the characteristics of genetic algorithm and the applicability of the shop scheduling problem with its.
(2) In view of the contract decomposition and optimization process of steelmaking-continuous casting process, considering the factors of process capacity and contract delivery time, a contract plan optimization model was established with the main optimization objective of minimizing contract delay and penalty in advance, and intensive optimization was carried out for the pre-selected contract pool prepared for batch planning.
(3) For steelmaking-continuous casting process to produce group furnace and pouring of the batch plan as a combinatorial optimization problem, focus on analysis of constraints of steelmaking and continuous casting technology, puts forward the integration of steelmaking continuous casting batch planning scheme, established the group furnace, pouring plan optimization model, and genetic algorithm, the optimization scheme applied in steel enterprise production planning process, has a certain guiding significance.
(4) Based on the stable operation level of the process, establish a furnace machine matching degree of waiting time, furnace, casting machine with watering the evaluation index of steelmaking - continuous casting scheduling model, using inverse parallel backward process with GA algorithm solving, using c # programming language designed Gnatt chart optimization of train schedules, time for steelmaking-continuous casting process to realize the system control.
