本研究报告以首钢京唐公司为研究对象,针对不同钢材质量要求的生产流程,研究钢材质量与废钢利用、系统节能的相互约束关系。一方面,通过对不同废钢比条件下吹炼过程统计的分析,提出了不同废钢比条件下,供氧制度、装入制度、温度制度和造渣制度工艺优化方案。另一方面,通过对工艺流程的用能现状和物质流运行情况分析,表明物质流-能量流的协同度越高,二者的协同作用越大,相关工序的工序能耗越低。
For the production process of different stel quality requirements, the relationship between steel quality, scrap utilzation and system energy conservation was studied in this research which was based on Shougang Jingtang Company. The result shows that the scrap used in the full-triple process was mainly medium-sized scrap and tandem scrap, which account for more than 90%, but the scrap used in the conventional process was mainly heavy scrap, tandem scrap and slag scrap,iron block and special steel scrap was rarely used. The higher the synergy between the material flow and the energy flow, the greater the synergy between them, and the lower the energy consumption of the process in the relevant process.
