模拟不同跨越孔高度下立火道内燃烧情况的变化,结果得到跨越孔高度对炉内温度场、燃烧情况和NOx生成都有很大影响。研究表明:内循环率随着跨越孔高度的增加而逐渐增大,但是当跨越孔高度超过370mm后,内循环率变化不大。随着跨越孔高度的增加,NO排放随之降低,跨越孔高度建议在原有基础330mm上增加40mm,即高度为370mm。
The results show that the height of the crossing hole has a great influence on the temperature field, combustion and NOx generation in the furnace. The research shows that the internal circulation rate increases gradually with the increase of the crossing hole height, but when the crossing hole height exceeds 370mm, the internal circulation rate changes little. With the increase of crossing hole height, no emission decreases. It is recommended to increase the crossing hole height by 40mm from the original foundation 330mm, that is, the height is 370mm.
