对60mm厚EH420钢进行气电立焊（EGW）焊接实验，配套焊丝材料为1.6mm SC-EG3，焊接热输入达224kJ/cm，母材的拉伸性能及焊接接头的-40℃冲击性能均满足要求。
Electrogas Welding（EGW） welding experiment was carried out on 60mm thick EH420 steel, the filler material was 1.6mm SC-EG3, the welding heat input reached 224kJ/cm, the tensile properties of the base metal and the -40°C impact properties of the welded joints met the requirements.
