二噁英是一种无色无味、毒性严重的脂溶性物质,非常容易在生物体内积累,系一类剧毒物质,对人体危害严重。烧结工序是钢铁企业二噁英排放的主要来源。委托华测检测技术有限公司(华测)对首钢股份360m2烧结机外排二噁英总量进行了对比测试,分别测试了开耐热风机(烟气循环烧结)和停耐热风机(普通烧结)两种工况的二噁英排放情况,采用首钢烧结高温烟气循环工艺烧结后二噁英排放量由0.005ng/m3降低至0.0033ng/m3,考虑到烟气量减少,实际二噁英减排总量达到44.12%。

They are a kind of highly toxic substances and do serious harm to human body. Sintering process is the main source of dioxin emission in iron and steel enterprises. Commissioned Huatao Testing Technology Co., LTD. (Huatao) to conduct a comparison test on the total amount of dioxin discharged from shougang 360M2 sintering machine, and respectively test the dioxin discharge of two working conditions: open heat resistant fan (flue gas circulation sintering) and stop heat resistant fan (ordinary sintering). After sintering with shougang high temperature flue gas circulation process, the dioxin emission decreases from 0.005ng/m3 to 0.0033ng/m3. Considering the reduction of smoke gas volume, the actual total dioxin emission reduction reaches 44.12%.
