测试了360m2烧结机各风箱烟气成分,图中“停耐热风机”为普通烧结,“开耐热风机”为烟气循环烧结。由图可以看出:烟气中的SO2主要集中在10-19#风箱,在14#风箱附近达到峰值。比较来看,烟气循环烧结后烟气中的SO2峰值浓度提高。可以看出,烟气循环烧结后烟气中的SO2浓度出现了小幅度的富集,主要是由于烟气总量减少所致。SO2浓度一定程度的富集对于提高脱硫效率,实现SO2减排有利。
The flue gas composition of each bellows of 360M2 sintering machine is tested. In the figure, "stop heat resistant fan" is ordinary sintering, and "turn on heat resistant fan" is flue gas circulation sintering. As can be seen from the figure, SO2 in flue gas is mainly concentrated in the 10-19# bellows and reaches its peak near the 14# bellows. In comparison, the peak concentration of SO2 in flue gas increases after flue gas cycle sintering. It can be seen that the concentration of SO2 in flue gas is enriched in a small range after flue gas recycling sintering, mainly due to the reduction of total flue gas. Enrichment of SO2 concentration to a certain extent is beneficial to improve desulfurization efficiency and achieve SO2 emission reduction.
