烟气温度范围:25℃~500℃,梯度25℃;烟气氧含量范围:13%~21%,梯度1%。共180组模拟方案,考察不同烟气温度与氧含量匹配方案对烧结高温带参数的影响。根据模拟计算结果,得到不同烟气温度和氧含量条件下的烧结料层厚度方向温度分布曲线。
Flue gas temperature range: 25℃~500℃, gradient 25℃; Flue gas oxygen content range: 13%~21%, gradient 1%. A total of 180 simulation schemes were used to investigate the effects of different flue gas temperature and oxygen content matching schemes on sintering parameters of high temperature zone. According to the simulation results, the temperature distribution curve of sintering layer thickness under different flue gas temperature and oxygen content was obtained.
