烧结杯装料前，用点火器对烧结杯进行烘烤加热。点火器所用燃料为液化石油气，烘烤温度600~900℃，烘烤时间4分钟。点火过程NOx浓度随着点火温度升高而升高，700℃时NOx体积浓度约15×10-6，850℃开始浓度增长较快，900℃时达到31×10-6。
Before charging the sintering cup, use an igniter to bake and heat the sintering cup. The fuel used by the igniter is liquefied petroleum gas, the baking temperature is 600~900℃, and the baking time is 4 minutes. During the ignition process, the NOx concentration increases with the ignition temperature. The volume concentration of NOx is about 15×10-6 at 700°C. The concentration starts to increase rapidly at 850°C and reaches 31×10-6 at 900°C.
