烧结生产中,在烧结温度、料层厚度、燃料配比等参数基本不变的条件下,烧结过程NOX含量出现阶段性上升现象,对烧结含铁原料、尘泥及煤的N、Cl、S进行了分析,以寻找NOX上升的原因。结果表明,活性污泥、废脱硫剂、永夏煤的N含量分别达到1.9%,1.4%,1.2%,远高于铁矿石,这些高N含量原料可能是造成NOX上升的原因。
In sintering production, under the condition that the parameters such as sintering temperature, material layer thickness and fuel ratio are basically unchanged, the NOx content increases periodically in the sintering process. The N, Cl and s of sintered iron containing raw materials, dust sludge and coal are analyzed to find out the reasons for the rise of NOx. The results show that the N content of activated sludge, waste desulfurizer and Yongxia coal reaches 1.9%, 1.4% and 1.2% respectively, which is much higher than that of iron ore. these high N content raw materials may be the reason for the rise of NOx.
