Roasting temperature will have a certain impact on sinter quality and chemical composition. Generally speaking, it has a greater impact on quality, especially on strength and mineral phase structure, and generally has a smaller impact on chemical composition. This report reveals the impact of roasting temperature on chemical composition through laboratory analysis. The results show that the TFE, SiO2 and Al2O3 of sinter are basically the same at 1300 ℃ and 1325 ℃, but there are some differences in MgO and Cao, indicating that the temperature has a certain effect on the reaction between ore and flux. In addition, FeO varies greatly. FeO of sinter at 1300 ℃ and 1325 ℃ are 7.14% and 5.32% respectively, mainly because the higher the temperature, the easier oxidation in the material layer, resulting in the lower FeO content.
