对京唐504m2带式焙烧机上不同配比条件下生产的碱性球团矿进行取样化验分析，此种配比得到的碱性球铁品位稍低，低于65%，硅含量高，均高于2.5%，碱度1.2左右。
The alkaline pellets produced under different ratios on Jingtang 504m2 belt roaster were sampled and analyzed. The grade of alkaline nodular iron obtained by this ratio was slightly lower than 65%, the silicon content was higher than 2.5%, and the alkalinity was about 1.2.
