在京唐504m2带式焙烧机上进一步开展碱性球团矿生产试验，对生产的碱性球团矿进行取样化验分析，碱性球铁品位65%左右，硅含量可以控制在2.5%左右，碱度1.2左右，可以实现高碱度低硅球团矿生产。
The production test of alkaline pellets was further carried out on Jingtang 504m2 belt roaster. The alkaline pellets were sampled and analyzed. The grade of alkaline nodular iron was about 65%, the silicon content could be controlled at about 2.5%, and the alkalinity was about 1.2, which could realize the production of high alkalinity and low silicon pellets.
