在京唐504m2带式焙烧机上开展稳定高品位、低硅碱性球团生产工业试验，对生产的碱性球团矿进行取样化验分析，品位可达65%，硅含量维持在2.5-2.6%，下一步工作可尝试进一步降低硅含量。
The industrial test of stable high-grade and low silicon alkaline pellet production was carried out on Jingtang 504m2 belt roaster. The alkaline pellet produced was sampled and analyzed. The grade can reach 65% and the silicon content can be maintained at 2.5-2.6%. In the next step, we can try to further reduce the silicon content.
