通过模拟焦炉燃烧室立火道空气预热温度的变化,计算得到不同预热温度下焦炉各部分温度的变化。结果显示随着空气预热温度的增加,立火道内最高温度随之增加。跨越孔、循环孔以及烟气出口温度温度随着预热温度的增加而线性增加。
By simulating the change of air preheating temperature in the vertical flue of coke oven combustion chamber, the temperature changes of each part of coke oven under different preheating temperatures are calculated. The results show that the maximum temperature in the riser increases with the increase of air preheating temperature. The temperature of crossing hole, circulating hole and flue gas outlet increases linearly with the increase of preheating temperature.
