通过模拟焦炉燃烧室立火道入口面积变化,计算入口射流速度对焦炉中A-A 截面温度分布的影响,结果显示随着入口面积减小,也就是入口射流速度的倍增,温度逐渐降低且大量的循环烟气使得温度更加均匀。
The effect of inlet jet velocity on the temperature distribution of A-A section in coke oven is calculated by simulating the change of inlet area of vertical fire channel in coke oven combustion chamber. The results show that with the decrease of inlet area, that is, the doubling of inlet jet velocity, the temperature gradually decreases, and a large number of circulating flue gas makes the temperature more uniform.
