It can be found that the microhardness at the brazing seam interface on the side of the Cu base material is significantly higher than that of other brazing seam areas. The highest microhardness is 284.6HV, and the microhardness of other brazing seam areas fluctuates up and down 187HV. This further indicates that brittle and hard phases are formed at the Cu side brazing joint interface.
