对315四柱液压机进行了匀速改造,采用工业机器人将软、硬件功能集成在一起,实现铜磷铸锭加热炉上料、加热、推料、温度检测、挤压机上料、匀速挤压、钎料收丝过程的自动化,以避免加热温度、时间、挤压速度、工人操作熟练程度等因素对试验结果造成的不良影响。
The 315 four-column hydraulic press was transformed at a constant speed, and an industrial robot was used to integrate the software and hardware functions to realize the feeding, heating, pushing, temperature detection, feeding of the extruder, uniform extrusion, and soldering of the copper-phosphorus ingot heating furnace. The automation of the winding process avoids the adverse effects of heating temperature, time, extrusion speed, and worker's operating proficiency on the test results.
